MICHAEL MORIARTY
​
Michael built high-performing teams and led them in demanding environments during a 20 year military career, including six operational tours of duty. He is a graduate of the Army Command and Staff College.
​
Michael adapted his military teamwork experience and applied it in his subsequent career, which has encompassed programme management at Eurostar, helping the Afghans re-establish their football association after 25 years of war, and turning around ailing businesses as an interim managing director for a private equity partnership. He has been delivering leadership and team development programmes in the UK and France for 10 years and coaching since 2015.

Throughout his careers, Michael has seen how rare high performing teams and good leadership are. His passion now is to enable others to experience the transformative power of both.

Michael is a trained executive and systemic team coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He studied systems-psychodynamics at the Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust and practices as an organisational consultant.
